Newtonia

Travel-inspired retro RPG worlds, remixed into myth, monsters, and playable weirdness.

Newtonia is a retro-inspired RPG universe where every world is a mythic, mutated planetoid based on a real country I’ve visited.

Each adventure remixes that place’s culture, geography, wildlife, folklore, history, food, music, monsters, and weird little travel memories into a playable JRPG-style journey.

The first title, Ocixem, is inspired by Mexico: a strange, sacred, pollution/corruption-haunted world of luchadores, jungle gods, tequilamancy, mutant wildlife, ancient ruins, power-hungry foreign superpowers, and cosmic nonsense.

Future Newtonia adventures will explore other country-planetoids, with Thailand (D'nal-Iaht) likely up next.

Ocixem is already in active development and playable from its opening chapters through multiple regions, towns, ruins, battles, and story sequences.
Explore a mutated Mexico-inspired world, meet its oddball inhabitants, uncover its larger mystery, and fight everything from jungle creatures to weaponized bureaucracy.

Built as a complete, pay-once adventure, without ads, energy systems, loot boxes, or pay-to-win mechanics. Planned releases include Windows, browser, and Android.
